1. What is the status of my order and how I can check it?

2. I didn’t receive the email confirmation what can I do?
- In most of the cases when this happen it’s because the customer didn’t provide a correct email. If this is your case no worries, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with some of your information and we will find the order for you.
3. How I can track my order?
- When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. When the order is ready we will send you the tracking number. Also you can always follow your order at our website by using your order number and email.

4. The tracking information is not changing, is something wrong with my order?
- No worries, if your order looks like ready but is not moving there is no problem. Sometimes the website takes longer to get updated but if you still have some concern about it feel free to message us to email@example.com and we will provide you a more accurate tracking information.
5. Why I need to provide my email or phone?
- This information is needed to send you notifications about the status of your order, for you to be able to track your order, for the courier to contact you when delivering your order or for us if we need to contact you in case there is something we need to tell you about your order.
6. How I can pay my order?
- The Bunnies Store currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
7. Is it possible to pay cash on delivery?
- Unfortunately, for the moment we don't accept this payment method. Only the ones described in the previous question.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
- If you changed your mind or you order something by mistake don't panic, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and if the order was nor shipped yet we can always cancel it. If for whatever reason it was shipped already as soon as you receive it let us know, we will send you a free return label (in case that your country is elegible for this) and as soon as we have it back we will refund you.
- Our most important value is that our clients are happy whit what they order so if you want to change size or return the order for whatever reason let us know in between 15 days since you receive the order and we will process to manage the return.
9. How do I know which size would fit me better?
- To choose your size, please check carefully our size charts. In general, it is best to start with your regular size. If you’re not sure which size will work best for you, send us a note to our email for additional advice, we will be happy to help you. And remember, if the fit doesn’t work out the first time we will be more than happy to exchange if it is in-stock.
10. How can I use a promotional code?
- To use a discount code make the order as normal, choose the product or products you want to order, then click "Buy Now". At check out you will see a box where it says "Discount Code", copy the code, past it there and click "Apply".
- If you have any trouble using your discount code, please, message us and we will help you with everything.
11. Where is the order shipped from?
- We have different shipping offices so depends of your country and the product you're ordering your order will be shipped from Spain, Italy or Shanghai.
