SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

Our standard free shipping service takes from 3 to 15 days from the time the package is shipped (depending on your country's customs policies).

Shipments will depend on the processing time of each item, that is, the time it takes to perform quality controls and packaging of each piece. Once these controls are done, which can take up to 8 days, the package will be shipped.

Once the shipment is completed we will send you an email with your tracking number.

Shipments will be free for the customer (except for some countries like UK, USA or Egypt which are charged 8€ shipping costs to cover extra costs).

*If you need the order for a specific time contact us and we will arrange a fastest shipping method.   

Note: Our warehouses are located in the United States, Asia and Europe so in some cases orders may take longer depending on where they will be shipped from. If you want to know in advance the estimated delivery date of your order do not hesitate to write us. Our most important principle is transparency and clarity with our customers.

*Our offices are based in Madrid, depending on stock our products will be shipped preferably from Madrid.

VINTAGE ITEMS

 

For our valued customers interested in purchasing our vintage items, please note that all shipping will originate from Spain, where we meticulously collect and ensure the perfect quality of each product.
Shipping within Spain is complimentary, and we are pleased to offer this service free of charge. For customers located outside of Spain, a flat shipping fee of €15 will be applied to your order.

Customs and import duties and taxes.
We cannot control if the customs of each country decides to apply any extra cost for your package. Any extra cost must be paid by the buyer. 

BUYER PROTECTION: buy with confidence.

Your purchase is protected if:

  • The item you receive is damaged, defective.
  • Your order does not arrive due to factors beyond your control and not your error (e.g. wrong shipping address).
  • You have filed a claim by emailing us at info@thebunniestore.com with the shipping information.
  • Your item is returned to the supplier due to customs duties (customs fees/taxes are not included).
