SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

Our standard free shipping service takes from 3 to 10 days from the time the package is shipped (depending on your country's customs policies).

Shipments will depend on the processing time of each item, that is, the time it takes to perform quality controls and packaging of each piece. Once these controls are done, which can take up to 5 days, the package will be shipped.

Once the shipment is completed we will send you an email with your tracking number.

*If you need the order for a specific time contact us and we will make sure you have it on time :)

Note: Our warehouses are located in the United States, Asia and Europe. If you want to know in advance the estimated delivery date of your order do not hesitate to write us. Our offices are based in Madrid, depending on stock our products will be shipped preferably from Madrid.

 

VINTAGE ITEMS and INDEPENDENT DESIGNER PIECES

For our valued customers interested in purchasing our vintage items or independent designer pieces such as the gloves from Rosita Fernandez, please note that all shipping will originate from Spain, where we meticulously collect and ensure the perfect quality of each product.
Shipping within Spain is complimentary, and we are pleased to offer this service free of charge. For customers located outside of Spain, a flat shipping fee of 15€ will be applied to your order.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

We cannot control if the customs of each country decides to apply any extra cost for your package. Any extra cost must be paid by the buyer. 

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • We are unable to redirect shipment to a different address or cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
  • Once your package has been delivered, The Bunnies Store  is not responsible for theft or damage. Your package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address. Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for an RTS fee and any reshipment costs. If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and RTS fees.
