Our standard free shipping service typically takes 3 to 10 business days from the time the package is shipped (delivery times vary depending on your country’s customs policies).

Processing time: Each item undergoes a quality check and packaging process before shipping. This may take up to 5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Our warehouses are located in Europe, the UK, and Asia. Our main office is based in Germany, and most orders are shipped from Berlin, depending on stock availability.

VINTAGE & INDEPENDENT DESIGNER PIECES

Items from our Vintage Collection and independent designers (e.g., Rosita Fernandez gloves) are prepared and shipped with extra care—many of them are made to order, which means each designer follows their own production and shipping timeline.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the designer’s location and whether the piece is made to order.

  • Shipping costs for these items vary depending on the country they're shipped from and will be shown at checkout or communicated via email if needed.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

While most of our packages do not incur customs charges, we cannot guarantee this. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

    • Once an order is shipped, we cannot redirect it to another address or cancel it.

    • The Bunnies Store is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery. Your order is insured only during transit, or if you selected the Worry-Free Delivery option at checkout

    • Estimated delivery times are for reference only and begin from the shipping date, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, holidays, or courier disruptions.

    • If you enter an incorrect address, it is your responsibility to locate or recover the package. If the package is returned to us, you will be charged a Return-to-Sender (RTS) fee and re-shipping costs.
