At The Bunnies, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
All items are quality-checked before shipping. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Return Policy Overview
Return window:
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Free returns (our responsibility):
We cover return shipping only if:
- The item is damaged
- The wrong product was sent
- The item is defective
Standard returns (customer responsibility):
For size changes or unwanted items:
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- Shipping must be sent to Spain (Alicante), Germany (Berlin) or the UK (London)
- Customs fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility
IMPORTANT (LONDON):
Our London office will be closed from November 17th to December 14th, and we won’t be able to receive packages during this time.
If you prefer to return your order there, we can extend the return period, or you can send it to one of our other addresses instead.
Worry-Free Delivery
Available for all orders! Choose this option at checkout to ensure extra protection for your package and guarantee safe, hassle-free delivery.
If your order is marked as delivered but missing or stolen, you must file a claim within 7 days of delivery with the provider.
Holiday Returns Policy
For orders placed between December 1st and December 25th, we’ve extended our return period to January 15th. This allows you to shop for Christmas gifts with peace of mind, knowing there’s plenty of time for returns or exchanges.
Returns for Independent Designer Products
- Lace Armor Gloves: These handcrafted gloves are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Please contact us immediately in such cases.
- SVA Jewelry: Jewelry can be returned for incorrect sizing; however, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Accurate sizing is crucial—please follow SVA's instructions for measuring. If you need a size adjustment, a fee of €40 applies.
- Rocío Sardina corsets are non-refundable, as they are tailor-made to order.

Conditions of Return
All returns must be:

✔ with tags and packaging intact
Items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition will not be refunded.
All returns must be approved before shipping.
Returns sent without approval may be rejected.
Shipping Responsibility

- Tracking all return shipments
The Bunnies cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by missing or incorrect documentation.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund Process
Once received and inspected:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

- All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
- No shipping costs will be refunded unless The Bunnies is at fault.
