At The Bunnies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help and will always work to find a satisfactory solution.
All of our products go through a quality control process before shipping to ensure you receive the highest-quality items. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we offer a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us at info@thebunniestore.com. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Period: Our standard return policy is 15 days from the date of receipt. After 15 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
- Free Returns: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover return shipping costs.
- Buyer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., incorrect size or unwanted items), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to one of our offices in Spain (Valencia), Germany (Berlin), or the UK (London). Any customs duties or taxes are also the buyer’s responsibility.

Holiday Returns Policy
For orders placed between December 1st and December 25th, we’ve extended our return period to January 15th. This allows you to shop for Christmas gifts with peace of mind, knowing there’s plenty of time for returns or exchanges.
Returns for Independent Designer Products
- Rosita Fernandez Gloves: These handcrafted gloves are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Please contact us immediately in such cases.
- SVA Jewelry: Jewelry can be returned for incorrect sizing; however, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Accurate sizing is crucial—please follow SVA's instructions for measuring. If you need a size adjustment, a fee of €40 applies.

Our Solutions
1. When The Bunnies is Responsible
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange a return for a refund or exchange.
- Upon receiving the item, we will either issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
2. When the Customer is Responsible
- Incorrect Order (Wrong Size): You may return the item for an exchange, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Unwanted Items: If you no longer want an item, notify us within 15 days. Once we receive and inspect the item in its original condition, we will process a refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Large Order Return Fee Policy
For orders totaling over €1,000, if all items are returned, a fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged. This fee helps cover the additional handling, restocking, and administrative costs associated with processing large returns.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Additional Notes
- All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
- No shipping costs will be refunded unless The Bunnies is at fault.
